Welcome to Padel Score Live ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including our mobile application (iOS and Android), web platform, clubs, administrators, players, and visitors.

Club administrators and billing account holders must be at least 18 years old.
The Padel Score Live mobile app is free to download and use for individual players. Players can create accounts, track matches, connect with friends, and view their statistics at no cost.
Your use of our mobile app is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store from which you downloaded the app. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted.
You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements to run the app and for any data charges incurred while using the app.
We may release updates to the app from time to time. We recommend keeping automatic updates enabled to ensure you have access to the latest features and security improvements.
Club features are billed on a per-court, per-month basis at £30 per court. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new club subscribers. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees.
If a payment fails, you have 30 days to update your payment method. After 30 days, your courts may be suspended until payment is received.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Padel Score Live and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as club logos and player data). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and store that content as necessary to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padel Score Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Padel Score Live and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
